This 52 y/o female presented with abnormal liver function studies and a history of previous cholecystectomy. MR Cholangiopancreatography was performed. A selected image from the MRCP sequence shown above demonstrates common bile duct stones. There are also some stones in the left hepatic duct. The findings were confirmed at ERCP and sphincterotomy.
