This 40 y/o male presented with left first toe swelling of many years duration. His x-ray examination shown above demonstrates tumoral calcinosis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint. Aside from the local physical deformity the patient had an unremarkable history and physical exam and a normal biochemical profile.
