This 13 y/o male was referred to MRI to evaluate enuresis and headaches. Selected images of the pituitary both before and after gadolinium shown above demonstrate homogeneously enhancing masses in the pineal region and the proximal pituitary stalk consistent with germinoma. Biopsy subsequently confirmed the diagnosis.
