This 72 y/o female presented with severe, acute abdominal pain. Selected images from her abdominal CT scan shown above demonstrate findings of a ruptured superior mesenteric artery aneurysm. Incidental note was made of a low attenuation lesion of the left kidney consistent with a left renal cyst.
