This 37 y/o female presented with a palpable right breast mass. Selected images from her mammogram and breast ultrasound shown above demonstrate a focal area of architectural distortion and spiculated mass formation with ill defined, lobulated margins and posterior shadowing. Excisional biopsy of this ACR BIRADS 5 lesion was performed and the pathologic diagnosis was sclerosing papilloma.
