This 42 y/o female presented with a history of intermittent headache often associated with blurry and/or double vision. MRI of the head and sella turcica was performed. Selected images from the sella study pre and post gadolinium, shown above, demonstrate a cystic lesion of the sella and suprasellar cistern with sellar expansion and displacement of the optic chiasm consistent with a Rathke cleft cyst. Transsphenoidal resection confirmed the diagnosis of a Rathke's cleft cyst.
