This 64 y/o male presented with abdominal pain of several hours duration. Physical exam revealed some abdominal tenderness without rebound, T - 99.0° F, WBC - 12,400 /cc3. Abdominal CT was requested. Selected post contrast images shown above demonstrate superior mesenteric vein thrombosis.
