This 72 y/o female with a history of renal mass was referred for CT. Previous IVP, US, and MRI performed at other locations were in disagreement as to the possible etiology. Selected images from the renal CT before and during IV contrast administration shown above demonstrate a multi-loculated low attenuation mass with fine enhancing septae consistent with a multilocular cystic nephroma. The diagnosis was confirmed after partial nephrectomy to remove the mass.
