This 39 y/o female with pelvic pain and an abnormal pelvic ultrasound was referred for pelvic MRI. Selected axial and saggital images shown above demonstrate findings consistent with a mature ovarian teratoma (dermoid). Surgical removal confirmed the diagnosis.
