This 42 y/o female presented with pelvic pain and an abnormal pelvic exam. A pelvic ultrasound demonstrated a complex pelvic mass. MRI was performed. Selected images from the pelvic imaging studies shown above demonstrate findings consistent with endometriosis. Surgical exploration confirmed extensive endometriosis.
