This 44 y/o female presented to the emergency room with acute onset of severe headache during intercourse. Selected images from her CT shown above demonstrate findings consistent with benign subarachnoid hemorrhage. Subsequent four vessel selective intracranial angiography did not demonstrate any aneurysm.
