This 41 y/o male was referred for chest CT because of an abnormal chest x-ray. Selected images from his contrast enhanced chest CT shown above demonstrate a pleural based mass with some characteristics suggesting an extrapleural location. Biopsy yielded the diagnosis of benign neurilemoma
