This 47 y/o male had been on Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis for renal failure for many years. Because of recent failure of CAPD he was placed on hemodialysis. Persistent abdominal pain led to abdominal CT. Selected images shown above demonstrate extensive peritoneal calcification consistent with sclerosing peritonitis.
