This 41 y/o female with a history of ovarian carcinoma presented with new onset of a lower abdominal mass. Selected images from her abdomino-pelvic CT and ultrasound shown above demonstrate a large low attenuation abdomino-pelvic mass, nearly devoid of internal architecture and cystic on ultrasound. Surgical excision was performed and the mass was found to be a large cystic endometrioma.
