This 48 y/o female was referred for UGI to evaluate heartburn. Two different spot images of her distal esophagus shown above demonstrate a reticular pattern to the distal esophagus. There is mucosal irregularity. Reflux was noted on fluoroscopy. Barret's esophagus was suggested and confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy.
