This 38 y/o female presented with upper back pain, hyperreflexia and lower extremity weakness . Selected images from her thoracic spine MRI shown above demonstrate an intradural extramedullary lesion with intermediate signal on T1 and T2 weighted images consistent with a meningioma. This was confirmed surgically.
