This 73 y/o male with a history of recurrent pneumonias was referred for chest CT for further evaluation of an abnormal chest x-ray. Selected images from his post contrast CT shown demonstrate a sequestration. The aberrant arterial supply arises just to the left of the celiac axis and courses through the right diaphragm to supply the right lower thorax sequestration.
