This 18 y/o male presented to the ER with right scrotal pain. A selected transverse image from his scrotal US is shown above. An adequate doppler evaluation could not be performed. The ultrasound shown above is consistent with testicular microlithiasis. Doppler could not be performed due to the heavy calcifications. The patient still had pain. A nuclear testicular flow study was performed. Please see the new case of the week this week for that study and submit your diagnosis.
