This tall, thin 36 y/o male presented to the ER with chest pain. Selected images from his chest CT with contrast shown above demonstrate aneurysmal dilatation of the ascending aorta. Combined with the history this suggests Marfan's syndrome which was indeed the clinical diagnosis.
