This 48 y/o female with a history of melanoma was referred for lumbo-sacral MRI to evaluate back pain. Selected pre and post gadolinium saggital and axial images are shown above. An intradural extramedullary lesion consistent with a metastasis is seen. Metastatic melanoma was confirmed surgically.
