This 60 y/o male presented with right lower quadrant pain. Selected images from his CT with rectal contrast shown above demonstrate an area of focal bowel wall thickening with adjacent soft tissue attenuation and/or inflammation. Increasing abdominal pain and rising WBC count led to surgery which revealed an acutely inflammed enteric duplication cyst.
