This 50 y/o male patient with atrial fibrillation presented with left sided abdominal pain. Selected CT images pre contrast, arterial phase, and delayed post contrast shown above demonstrate areas of decreased enhancement in the periphery of the left kidney consistent with embolic renal infarcts.
