This 51 y/o female was referred for hysterosonography for evaluation of vaginal bleeding and thickened endometrial stripe on a pelvic ultrasound exam. Selected images from the hysterosonogram shown above demonstrate an endometrial polyp. It was resected at hysteroscopy.
