This 34 y/o male with headache and visual disturbance was referred for MRI. Selected post gadolinium images are shown above. There is a pituitary mass with some displacement of the chiasm. There is thickening of the calvarium. The findings were felt to be consistent with a growth hormone secreting pituitary macroadenoma. This diagnosis was confirmed after surgical removal of the lesion.
