This 7 mo male presented with a 3 day history of vomiting. A bloody stool was passed on the day of the imaging examinations. Supine and crosstable lateral views and two views from a barium enema shown above demonstrate findings consistent with iliocolic intussusception. This could not be reduced hydrostatically with the enema and surgical correction was undertaken confirming the diagnosis and excluding a "lead" point for the process.
