This 75 y/o female with fever of unknown origin was referred for a whole body Gallium scan. Anterior and posterior images obtained at 72 hours demonstrate abnormal uptake in the stomach. Gastric lymphoma or carcinoma was suspected. Gastric lymphoma was diagnosed by biopsy.
