This 71 y/o female with abdominal pain was admitted after a pelvic CT with rectal contrast revealed a large abdomino-pelvic mass. Selected images from the CT are shown above. An extensive differential diagnosis was considered. The correct diagnosis was established when an ovarian fibroma with torsion was resected.
