| Introduction
Flying R/C aircraft in its own offers a great deal of fun and excitement. Each and every time you enter the sky with your plane its always a whole new adventure, not to mention the fact that these model aircraft act and fly exactly like the real large scale planes do. Starting a new hobby sometimes involves taking that first unsure step. Like many other leisure-time activities, radio R/C model airplane building and flying offers many directions in which you may go exploring. Rather it is building or just flying that suits your fancy, R/C model aircraft should fit right in. There are so many types of model aircraft to choose from, there are models for aerobatics, speed racing or just plain sport flying. If you are just beginning then I strongly suggest a trainer type airplane for your first model. You can get them in kits or ARF (Almost Ready to Fly). I suggest the ARF for your first plane and maybe a kit for your second plane that is if you want the fun of building. ARF's generally cost less then the kit type plane's not to mention you can start your flight training a little sooner with an ARF trainer.
