Robin Milinazzo, Horn – of Wakefield, MA, received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a Master of Performance degree from New England Conservatory, where she studied with Richard Mackey. She also studied with Rebecca Root at the Chautauqua Institute. Robin is on the faculty at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA, where she teaches Large Ensembles, Chamber Music and Studio Horn. As a performer, Robin has toured the United States and Japan with the New Sousa Band, and performed under the direction of Zubin Mehta with the International Orchestra, a project to bring young professionals from Israel, Europe and America together for a series of concerts in and around Jerusalem. Robin is also a member of the Christiane Trio (violin, horn and piano), and freelances in the New England Area with the Hartford Symphony, Connecticut Opera, and the Springfield Symphony.
