Quase is an optimist
and and puts it this way:

So let it be with Quase !!!
Quase would like to give an important clarification. Let it be said that after Quase's incarnation
as Siddhartha Gautama (The Buddha) it was not necessary at all for him to come back to the Earth Plane. However, through special needs
of the Creator (God) and of his own free will, he chose to come back to perform certain tasks authorized by the All Mighty
(God). But you must be shocked that God directed Quase to come back as Genghis Khan - that loathasome, vile creature!
Well this is the working of God. This is why the Hebrews believed in both loving and fearing God. This is a very
heavy concept to understand. Pray daily and do good works. This will have the effect of lightening your karma. Quase loves
you and has much compassion for the human dilema.
