Things That Make

Hmmmmmmm !!!???!!!???

Now that our illustrious leaders have decided that the answer to our energy problems lies in corn based ethanol, watch
for food shortages and skyrocketing food prices. Besides, it takes almost as much energy to create corn ethanol as it produces.
What morons!

Oh Yeah ??? So why doesn't Florida have underground electric service lines. ???
Why aren't the power substations fortified to resist level 4&5 Hurricanes?
Why do we have rotting wooden electric line poles. (19th century technology) ?

The State of Florida post hurricane Wilma is awash with gasoline.
Only problem is that it cannot distributed without electric power.
Duuuuuuuhhhh .....
So why don't all gas stations especially those in hurricane risk areas have generators ???
I guess, that would make to much sense.
Lets all thank the
Department of Homeland Insecurity for making our country that much safer post 9/11.
Thank God it was only mother nature that hit us. If it wasn't we'd all be sitting
here with our thumbs up our _____. Get the picture? Good thing this was an easy one. No flooding like in New Orleans, yet
millions of people are going to be without electricity for weeks..... Our enemies are laughing hysterically at the ineptitude of
the American government.

About the time hurricane Wilma was destroying Cancun Mexico (Oct 2005), our President George W Bush was announcing his
renewed effort to pass the guest worker program to temporarily legalize illegal aliens, if they step forward, pay a fine and
get documented as well as provide for temporary work visa's to let more aliens in the country. Bush said, "If
an employer has a job that no American is willing to take, we need to find a way to fill that demand by matching willing employers
with willing workers from foreign countries on a temporary and legal basis."
Who is going to ensure that all these jobs are those that no American is willing to take? Doesn't economics
101 teach the rule of supply and demand. Flood the country with illegals and "guest workers" and depress wages. Yes,
there will then be many jobs for which few or no Americans will be willing to break their backs for little compensation.
We have outsourcing, near sourcing, and now insourcing for corporations to get wealthy while the American people pay
through the nose for healthcare and other public services for the illegal and now proposed legal insourced workers. You cannot
burn a candle on both ends for long. We are getting close to the breaking point. The American people will not stand
for this much longer.
Is Bush
Selling Us Out To Garner the Latino Vote?
01/07/2004 Mr Bush asked Congress to pass legislation allowing the illegals to come out of hiding
and register, making them eligible to live and work legally in America on a temporary three-year basis which would be renewable
a least once.

The United States of America finds itself in a difficult situation with regard to illegal aliens. Because we have not
enforced our immigration laws for decades, we have generations of people who have flaunted our laws and yet have gotten what
they wanted - life in the USA. Some have managed to adjust their status through various legal means. Quase uses the
word "LEGAL" very liberally because, fabrications and falsifications are rampant in this adjustment of status game. Nevertheless,
most of the folks who go through the legal process do so appropriately.
Much more needs to be discussed and clarified with regard to the W's proposal. Quase would definitely like to hear more,
however AMNESTY must be off the table in no uncertain terms.
Warm regards,
Your friend................ Quase Marke.
