Quality Software Management Founder Instrumental in Implementing Project

OSF/1 project as the winner in their Excellence In Quality contest.
Alan Lehotsky, founder of Quality Software Management, was directly involved
in implementing the OSF/1 prize-winning process-improvement effort.
