To avoid confusion, 0xE6732141 (4096-bit) is my key id used for encryption. 0x99131B12 is a sub-key for signing (4096-bit) sensitive things, while I created 0x8906309C (1024-bit) for identity signing where long PGP signatures are undesirable (such as Usenet.)

All this stuff is handled by GnuPG (GPG) 1.4.7.
