Tour Cost and Payment
Tour Cost
Tour prices are quoted in US$ and are guaranteed not to increase.
Tour cost is per person double occupancy.
Payment
A deposit of $1,000 per couple is due at the time of your reservation.
The balance is due 110 days before the tour start date. For the Provence 2007 tour, this date is January 2, 2007.

To keep prices low, we do not accept credit cards, so mail us a check. Our address is:

If you cancel more than 110 days before the tour start date, we will refund your deposit less any costs we have incurred on your behalf. If we can fill your space, then all your monies will be refunded.
For cancellations 75-109 days before tour start date, you will be refunded 50% of the tour cost.
For cancellations 45-74 days before tour start date, you will be refunded 25% of the tour cost.
For cancellations within 45 days of tour start, no refunds will be given.
We strongly suggest trip insurance, available from your travel agent or from totaltravelinsurance.com.
Helmets
We consider helmets an absolute necessity and all our riders are required to wear one.
Tour Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to change the tour itinerary for any reason. Participants will be notified of any substantial modification.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour with a full refund if less than 10 couples book. Should cancellation be necessary, PennyWise Cycle Tours cannot and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred. In 12 years of operation, we have never cancelled a tour.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
