How We Operate

We are not a commercial touring company as you may have come across them. We lead our friends and our friends-to-be on discovery tours on tandem bicycles in delightful locales. Many couples have done five or more tours with us.

So far, we have taken groups to Belgium, England (seven times), France (three times), Ireland, Scandinavia, Down the Danube (Germany, Austria and Hungary), the California Coast, and the four country region around the Bodensee - Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Liechtenstein.

Our philosophy is to keep costs down, thereby offering great value so you get to stay longer for less money. Our two week tours cost less than many commercial touring companies' one week tours.

Rich Wolf and his wife Ina Thompson live in San Diego, CA. Both are retired from IBM and enjoy the camaraderie leading bicycle tours provides. They are active in the San Diego Tandem Club and were instrumental in the formation of PEACHES, the tandem club of Georgia.

We search out destinations we feel are attractive to cyclists, and then offer an extremely well-priced tour. Usually we do one two-week tour a year. This allows us to spend a great deal of time planning to ensure success.

For 2007, we are offering a tour to one of the most popular cycle touring locales - Provence.
