The purpose of the Putnam Baptist Church is
 to be a community of Christian Believers
able to demonstrate,
by the power of the Holy Spirit,
the reality of the risen Christ.
We aim to be:
a voice for the unbeliever to believe in Christ;
a hand for the hurting
to be comforted and healed by Christ;
a body for worship and works of service
 in the name of Christ;
a family for the growth of God's people
to be more and more like Christ.
