Best of Friends Puppets and Storytelling  began nearly thirty years ago when Lona and her best friend began performing puppets shows for schools, festivals, churches, fairs, even for a pastoral  induction in upstate New York.

Time went on and the two friends went their separate ways. Lona  continued in puppetry while pursuing her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

Lona has performed internationally and has had the privilege of performing at a Billy Graham Crusade. She has also been involved with multi media productions. Many of the Best of Friends  Puppets and Storytelling creations now live  on one of four different  continents.

Lona is well versed in solo puppetry but also enjoys performing team productions with her family. She is also a captivating Storyteller and will share a poem or story whenever she gets a chance.

Currently, Lona educates and performs  at conferences ,churches, schools, festivals, corporate events and special events.
