“This Death Valley trip is a once in a life time experience. Everything we did and saw is different from Monterey Park, such as rock climbing and camping in the desert. I wish this trip would last longer. I love all the fun we had. I will remember this forever.” -- Eunice Hwang
“My trip to Death Valley was very exciting. It was such a privilege to go to the outdoors and experience what it was like to really rough it. The whole time we were learning but it didn’t feel like that because we were having so much fun!” -- Michelle Tafoya
“Death Valley is one of the most fun trips I’ve been to. I think most of the fun happened at night. You can see the beautiful star constellations that you can’t usually see because of the city lights. Hiking and visiting the geological formations was fun. It was definitely more fun than Monterey Highlands.” -- Arena Chang
“Death Valley brought many surprises to me. I thought that I would have to “pee” behind a bush, but there are many public restroom stops in Death Valley. But I learned lots of information about all the sights and do other crazy stuff that we didn’t do in Monterey Park. We went to the Ubehebe Crater, Scotty’s Castle, and others. Death Valley has also brought to my attention that I should be thankful for all the little things that we have in Monterey Park like running water, soap, icy drinks, and much more. DVNP wasn’t the most fun trip I’ve ever experienced but it was the trip that taught me the most about life.” -- Connie Yiu
“Death Valley was the most interesting place in the world. There were so many things I learned on the trip. I learned how people really were in the inside. Death Valley had a lot of really beautiful sights. There were so dangers, like sliding down mountains. I had the best time in the world! I wouldn’t mind going back. I have to thank Mr. Jackson for this trip.” -- Jason Law
