It is framed in an antique, solid walnut molding frame with a gold gilt inner liner. The frame dimensions are 16" x 20 1/2". The Barber, This interesting print is illustrated on page 23 of Conningham's book. However, the listing notes it as an N. Currier print and this one was published by Currier & Ives. In Gale there are two prints titled The Barber, one by N. Currier and this one by C&I. It is Gale 0402. The print depicts some of the preening which took place in the late 1800s. This is the only example of this print we have had in 50 years. The colors are nice. There are two paper problems to be pointed out. First, there is a vertical mended tear extending from the edge of the paper on the top margin to just below the top edge of the left panel of the screen.  Second, there is a vertical mended tear extending about 1 3/4" from the paper's edge into the bottom margin. It ends well away from the image. The size of the print is 12" x 16". The antique frame is an unusual solid walnut piece, 2" wide. Each of the four frame pieces is fabricated from a single piece of walnut and features decorative edging, a small bevel surface, and gold painted (tarnished) inner liner integral to the walnut piece. The frame measures 15 1/4" x 19 1/4". It will show nicely on your wall. Insured shipping is $20. $300
