From where is the rest of the money coming? Why have the sources and amounts not been made public? What concessions is the
city giving away to get the money?
What will happen if the city suffers budget problems halfway through construction with the Park closed? Where will the
money come from?
What will happen if one of the major donors has a financial setback and is unable to contribute the money?
Who will make sure the project is ever completed?
Without all these questions answered in a public forum, this project should be stopped or delayed now.
On the other hand, there might be alternate sources to pay for the redesign. Here are some examples of how the Park might
look with more outside funding...
