Background
Premium Band & Horns is managed and owned by Charles Brooks. The group's musicians are from Maryland, DC and
Virginia who play a unique and exciting style of R&B, Soul and Motown music of the 60's and 70's.
The group officially organized in October 2002, when they began advertising for weddings, casinos, festivals, conventions
and special events.
Since the conception of the group, they have performed for Montpeleir Spring Festival, Flaming Knight's Motocycle Annual
Event, Springfield Illinois 2004 Spring Festival, Port Towns Festival, Kunta Kinte Celebration, Andrews Air Force Base
and Charles Town Race Way and Casino, It's About Time television show, Sunday Sunset Concert for Bowie, Maryland, and others. Also,
