Pay attention to your breathing. Relax and listen to the sound of my voice.
Now, take all the things which have been concerning you and find a place to put them away for a little while. Feel your mind grow quiet. Feel the room grow dark.
Feel the energy of the world around you. Feel the energy of the ground beneath you. Feel the energy of the sky above you. And find your connection to the energies of life. Feel the strength of them flowing through you.
Now call forth the red energy of Devotion. Feel the strength of dedication. Feel the power of conviction. And feel the strive to seek. Feel the power of the quest for understanding. Feel the overpowering desire to know, and to look within. Feel the inward search; the inward journey of discovery. Feel the planting of the seed.
Now call forth the orange energy of Wisdom. Feel the powers of knowledge and experience. And feel the need to teach what has been learned. Feel the silence and stillness of meditation. And feel the inward journey growing. Feel the nurturing of the seed.
Now call forth the yellow energy of Realization. Feel the power of reflection; the moment when the Sacred Power of creation is found within you. Feel the strong ties to the Web of Being. Feel the powers of the filling of Spirit and enlightenment. And feel the seed come to maturity.
Now call forth the green energy of Action. Feel the power of motivation. Feel the ties that bind all things together. And feel the need to maintain those ties. Feel that we are not the separate beings we appear to be, but different manifestations of the Sacred. Feel the intimate ties we share among ourselves and the world around us. Feel the seed become plant, and the plant become fruit.
Now call forth the blue energy of Compassion. Feel the power of empathy. Feel the strength that comes from looking in he eyes of another and finding the Sacred there. Feel the fire of the spirit, the Sacred Fire within all things. And feel the comfort of knowing that everywhere we turn, there is the face of the Divine. Feel the fruit mature.
Now call forth the purple energy of Celebration. Feel the power of the life force in all the world – and beyond. Feel the rhythms of the living universe – and dance with those rhythms. And know that you are never alone – for we are all dancing with you. Feel the fruit bear seeds.
Now feel that energy of Harmony. Feel the diversity of being. Feel the many pieces of the puzzle that are the Divine Itself. And feel the way to your place within that puzzle.
