The aim of the project is to
make use of particular public
media of communication to
create a simple game with the
help of text, picture and
sound that addresses human
perception, the possibilities
to shift it and manipulate it.
By letting the gravity of
communication take place in a
public place the reaction of
the observers would a priori
be the aim of the artists and
the subject of the project.

The Form:

- Continuous repetition and
  change of different picture
  sequences, use of sound cuts
  with different intensity of
  depth and length into which
  some word compositions and
  simple texts would be inserted
  that would form the whole of a
 coded message
- The initially simple message
  would gradually become more
  complicated in its form and
  paradoxically clearer to the
  more perceptive.
- The particular forms of
  media would be united in
  language, design and the same
  code-logo.

The Media:

TV: (off-broadcast screen
signal, monotone or monochrome
sequence without beginning or
end).
- Cinema (screenings before or
  after the main feature).
- Projection in clubs.
- Project for the N‡rodn’
  tÞ’da - picture of real street
  location (advertisement for
  past + text).
- Internet - WWW pages
  (advertisement for unknown
  ETC).

The project was developed by
BlickarŽn. We intentionally do
not reveal more information
about the performance and the
overall message. They will
emerge with the realization of
the project itself.
