I'm Annie Laurie and I have always loved dolls. Some years ago my daughter talked me into taking a reproduction doll class. Immediately I was hooked and wanted to make my own dolls. I have an art background with a special love of sculpting and like to design and sew children's clothing so it was a natural fit.

It took several years to find classes to learn how to make dolls and molds, though I made my first mold with a book in hand. Eventually I took classes from several well known artists and entered my first professional doll show in 1994.

I sculpt and completely make and paint each doll as well as design and sew all the clothing. This is the ultimate quality control but involves a lot of loving time.
