MUSEUM OF THE EVERGLADES

NAPLES DEPOT AND LIONELL MUSEUM TRAIN DISPLAY
Visitors can view the scenic, multilevel display in action and ride the outdoor scale train. An original 1909 Soo Line caboose and 1947 club car are on site.

Winter Art and Craft Show

This has been an annaul event since 1979. See a wide variety of arts and crafts displayed at this premier show. Usually held in the middle of January. Admission is free. Located at the Art League on the art center grounds at 1010 Winterberry Drive, Marco Island.

Florida’s Wildlife and Wildlands Art Show

Florida’s heritage is the theme in this annual exhibit. Artist's display their works depicting nature and culture. The event is free with park admission, sponsored by the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

Swamp Buggy Races

This annaul event boasts over 70 fearless swamp buggy racers challenging the world famous "Sippy hole". Held at Florida Sports Park, usually on a weekend in the middle of January. Bring the family for a weekend of races, refreshments and lots of mud.

Miss Marine Queen Scholarship Pageant

Everglades Seafood Festival
