Dr. Helen Caldicott
The cause of the nuclear arms race and the situation in the
world today is the minds of these men running this country -- and
in other countries too but mostly the United States -- and it's
important that we psychoanalyze these people for the public health
of the planet. And if we find they are mentally or psychologically
inappropriate for our survival, they must be removed from office on
an urgency basis. [Long applause]
