   Work History

FAR 135 Director of Maintenance/Shop Manager/Mechanic  Small single and twin piston  and turboprop aircraft.

                                   *Annual and 100hr  inspections

                                   *Major Repairs

                                   *Major alterations

                                   *Insure that Flight school aircraft, local customer

                                     aircraft, and 135 aircraft meet FAR  requirements

                                   *Performs all routine maintenance

                                   *Order and approve parts for service (dealing with

                                   * Maintenance Inspector and Parts receiving inspector

* Assures that all company forms, aircraft documents, and applicable A.D.’s pertaining to    

   work and inspections of Aircraft are completed  and filled out properly

 * Assigns and supervises the In Work Status and completion of all assigned tasks

 * Files all inspection records, overhaul tags, parts and lubricants in accordance with the Inspection Procedures Manual

* Trained and Accomplishes Contract Line Maintenance for the following:

   - DELTA Airlines

   - American Airlines

- COMAIR

- TWA

- United Airlines

- Airborne

- Continental Airlines

- American Eagle

- Northwest Airlines

 

Propulsion Journeyman,  United States Air Force   F-15, P&W F100 ENGINES

* Maintains, inspects, modifies, tests, and repairs propellers, turboprop engines, jet engines,  small gas turbine engines, missile turbo engines.

   7 level qualified, signs off red X, In Progress Inspections, and condition tags           

   Identifies and isolated jet engine system malfunctions, utilizing technical orders, removed, installed, aligned, calibrates, borescopes (flexible and rigid), and checks jet engine components.

* Supervisor of 6 as a crew leader, planning, organizing, and directing maintenance activities.

* Maintains inspection and maintenance records.  Records pertinent information on maintenance data collection forms and/or enters into Core Automated Maintenance System. 

* Handled, labeled, and disposed of hazardous materials and waste according to environmental needs.
