Clive was born in Kansas on October 12, 1884.

He spent his childhood in Kansas and Nebraska.

About 1910 he married Clara B. TAYLOR. Clara B. TAYLOR was born in Kansas in 1883.

In 1916 Clive was living in Oklahoma, but is known to have moved to Lyon County, Kansas by 1920.

He was a minister, farmer, and businessman.

In December of 1971, in his elderly years, he was known to be in a rest home in Topeka, Kansas.

He died in September of 1975. His last known residence was Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

Clive & Clara had the following children:

1. Bill (William F.) KNOX was born in Oklahoma in 1916.

2. Carl S. KNOX was born in Oklahoma in 1918.
