Maintenance Emergency

 

If you experience a maintenance emergency after normal business hours, call 222-2550 and follow the prompts.  Please stay by the phone, someone will be returning your call as soon as possible.

Water Usage

 

The water bills continue to climb.  If you have a drippy faucet, or showerhead, or a commode that is running constantly, you need to have it repaired.  The water bill is paid through your monthly condo fees.  The budget for water in 2007 will be up 10%.

 

Speeding along Piper Lane

 

We would like to remind drivers that there is a speed limit on Piper Lane.  Several residents have complained about the excessive speeding.  Please remember there are children coming and going to the school bus and residents who walk. 

 

Slamming doors

 

Be courteous to your neighbors and try not to slam the doors to the buildings or your own condo door.  We all deserve peace and quiet.
