In Metropolis, it remains by far the most popular hang-out for the youth of the city. Maybe it's the walls covered in photos, posters, and instruments that draw in the crowds. Maybe it's the display of Darth Vader's original costume - well over two hundred years old now. More than likely it's Elvis. In the year 2100, a team of geneticists toiled around the clock to produce twenty cloned copies of the King - known as 'the God' to the natives. The Hard Rock Cafe in Metropolis was one of the few fortunate establishments to receive a clone of their own after it died. Business promptly soared to unknown proportions.
